There is nothing more powerful than women coming together and sharing their stories.
After having hosted 10 retreats of maximum 5 days and witnessed the magical connection that happens in the last few days, I wish to host a retreat in which there is more time for sharing and holding space for each other. I will share what I have learnt about yoga in the form of daily movement practices and workshops, but ultimately this will be a retreat of co-creation. We will together hold a brave space for connection, vulnerability and belonging. I have myself attended 10 trainings/retreats and it is my favourite way of travelling. I have made beautiful friendships, expanded my comfort zone and gained more confidence to take up space, and to use my voice
Practical Information:
Number of participants is limited to 10 people, to facilitate an intimate and authentic experience
Only shared accommodation available, equipped with bathrooms, showers, fridge, kitchen and storage
Option to stay 1 or 2 extra days at Casa Gaiama before and after the retreat
Travelling to and from Imperia:
Nearest airports: Nice (FR), Genova (IT), Milano (IT)
From the airport there are buses and trains to Imperia City center
We will pick you up upon arrival at Imperia train station
Investment:
7.950 DKK (1060€) pp
for shared glamping facility (2 or 3 people in each tent), shared bathroom, outdoor shower,
food storage space and a fridge

for shared apartment with max 3 people, private bathroom, small kitchen

Cost for each extra night at Casa Gaiama is 200 DKK (25€), to be agreed before arrival.
Deposit:
To secure your space in the retreat, a non-refundable deposit of 1500 DKK (200€) is required.
Change / cancellation policy:
if you cannot join the retreat you can transfer your space to another person, but we unfortunately cannot refund your payment

This was the most beautiful retreat I could ever imagine - both regarding the beautiful surroundings at Casa Gaiama with yoga facilities in the Italian mountains and all the beautiful, loving souls around; not least Emily's, who was amazing at creating and holding a space for a soul warming and restorative yoga retreat.
This yoga retreat is really good in every way! More than I could have dreamed of! Organized perfectly. The food is delicious savory and professionally cooked. The space has the best surroundings to get into your meditative state of mind. Beautiful view and options to go and explore both nature, beaches and towns. There’s plenty of transfers too. Personally I found the the mountains providing such a special energy to get deeper into my practice.
Wonderful retreat at a magical location! Emily creates a safe, cozy environment, she’s an amazing host.
Such an amazing place, where you can really wind down and get close to yourself. With a yoga platform overlooking the mountains and the ocean, surrounded by olive trees, it’s hard not to fall in love with this place. Emily is a great yoga teacher, and having this retreat in the home she grew up adds an extra genuine feeling to this experience. And, for me unexpectedly, you might even end up with new friends after this retreat.
